Our client, a leader in manufacturing and engineering services, is seeking a PLM Process Professional 1 to join their team. As a PLM Process Professional 1, you will be part of the Product Lifecycle Management digital transformation programme supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: PLM Process Professional 1 Location: Lachine, QC Pay Range: $27 Shift: 9-5 What's the Job? Drive alignment between business processes, future PLM solutions, and digital thread vision within the product lifecycle management programme. Investigate and assess current ways of working across relevant business units to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities. Support change impact analysis to facilitate successful adoption of new processes and tools. Maintain and support the digital thread by managing product data flow throughout project lifecycles. Collaborate with subject matter experts and process leads to ensure cross-functional alignment and effective information flow. What's Needed? Understanding of engineering lifecycle processes or PLM systems. Ability to map, analyze, and redesign complex business processes. Experience working with complex product data or enterprise architecture concepts. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
