Central Semiconductor LLC is seeking a Plating Technician to join their manufacturing team in Hauppauge, New York. This full-time role involves applying metal coatings through electroplating processes while ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality assurance protocols.

Key responsibilities

  • Set up and operate electroplating equipment according to specifications
  • Prepare surfaces for plating by cleaning, polishing, and masking
  • Monitor plating processes, adjusting parameters for quality and efficiency
  • Conduct inspections of plated parts for quality assurance
  • Maintain proper chemical balances and perform regular maintenance on plating baths
  • Document production processes and maintain accurate records
  • Follow safety protocols and regulations
