eCommerce Platform Operations SpecialistAbout the RoleBathing Brands is looking for an eCommerce Platform Operations Specialist to help support the daily operation and continued improvement of our growing digital commerce ecosystem.This is a unique role for someone who enjoys figuring out how things work, investigating problems, organizing complex information, and helping move technology projects from an idea or reported issue through development, testing, and release.Our eCommerce environment includes multiple websites serving different customers and business channels, a shared Drupal commerce platform, and integrations with our ERP and other business systems. This position will work at the intersection of our websites, Product Catalog team, business users, and Web Development team.You do not need to be a software developer. You do need to be technically curious, exceptionally organized, comfortable learning complex business processes, and willing to dig into a problem until you understand what is actually happening.Please note this position is fully remote; however, we are only hiring residents from Illinois or Wisconsin.What You'll DoIn this role, you will help manage the day-to-day flow of website issues, enhancements, and development work across our eCommerce platforms.Your responsibilities will include:Receive, investigate, reproduce, and document website issues reported by customers, dealers, and internal users.Translate reported problems and business requests into clear, actionable Asana tasks for the Web Development team.Manage and maintain the Web Development Asana project, including task status, requirements, supporting information, priorities, dependencies, and follow-up.Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather the information needed to move issues and features forward.Perform first-round troubleshooting to determine whether an issue is related to website functionality, data, configuration, user permissions, or an integrated system.Coordinate and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for website fixes, enhancements, and new features.Develop a deep understanding of user workflows across our websites, including consumer, dealer, sales, customer service, Product Catalog, and other internal workflows.Build and maintain repeatable test scenarios and regression testing processes for critical website functionality. Validate completed development work against business requirements and real-world user workflows.Administer designated areas of Drupal, including user accounts and permissions, menus, taxonomy structures, and other approved configuration tasks.Work closely with the Product Catalog team to support website taxonomy, navigation, product organization, and other catalog-related website needs.Help identify patterns in recurring issues and opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and platform usability.Create and maintain documentation for website workflows, business rules, testing scenarios, and administrative processes.Support release readiness by ensuring completed work has been tested, documented, and validated before or immediately following deployment.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is naturally investigative and doesn't stop at simply recording what someone says is wrong.The right person for this role will be comfortable asking questions, testing different scenarios, comparing expected behavior to actual behavior, and organizing what they learn so that both business and technical teams can act on it.You may be a strong fit if you:Have experience supporting an eCommerce website, CMS, digital platform, software product, or other technology-driven business environment.Have experience with Drupal or another content management system. Drupal experience is strongly preferred.Have experience with Asana, Jira, or another work management or development tracking platform.Understand the fundamentals of software testing, QA, UAT, or structured troubleshooting.Can translate
