Overview

Hawthorne Court is seeking a Plant Operations Maintenance Assistant to support the Plant Supervisor in maintaining a caring and operational environment for residents. This role involves both interior and exterior maintenance, event coordination, and ensuring compliance with various standards while integrating into a team that values hospitality in senior care.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the Plant Supervisor in plant operations needs
  • Provide interior maintenance of the community as defined by company standards
  • Handle exterior maintenance including grounds keeping
  • Assist in coordination of community events
  • Maintain resident apartments and common areas

Required skills

  • Manufacturing Operations experience
  • HVAC maintenance experience or certification
  • Organizational skills
  • Multitasking and prioritization abilities
  • Experience working with seniors
  • Familiarity with state and local inspection agencies
