Overview

Hawthorne Court is seeking a Plant Operations Maintenance Assistant to join their team in Richland, Washington. This role involves supporting the Plant Supervisor in maintaining both the interior and exterior of the community, with a focus on providing quality service to residents and ensuring the facility meets company standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist the Plant Supervisor in operational needs of the plant
  • Provide interior maintenance of the community
  • Conduct exterior maintenance including grounds keeping
  • Assist in coordinating community events
  • Support all phases of maintenance pertaining to resident apartments and common areas

Required skills

  • Experience in a similar maintenance position
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • HVAC certification (preferred)
  • Experience working with seniors and local agencies for inspections
