Overview

Hawthorne Court is seeking a Plant Operations Maintenance Assistant to join their team in Pasco, Washington. This role supports the Plant Supervisor in various maintenance tasks to ensure the community runs smoothly and maintains a home-like environment for residents and their families.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist the Plant Supervisor in plant operations needs
  • Provide interior maintenance of the community based on company standards
  • Conduct exterior maintenance including groundskeeping
  • Coordinate community events
  • Assist in maintenance of resident apartments and common areas

Required skills

  • Experience in a similar position
  • Organizational skills
  • Multitasking and prioritization skills
  • HVAC certification (preferred)
  • Experience working with seniors
  • Knowledge of state and local inspection regulations
