Overview

Hawthorne Court is seeking a Plant Operations Maintenance Assistant to support the Plant Supervisor in managing plant operations needs. The ideal candidate will bring experience in maintenance, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask while working in a hospitality-focused care environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist the Plant Supervisor with plant operations needs
  • Provide interior and exterior maintenance of the community
  • Support grounds keeping activities
  • Coordinate community events
  • Assist in maintenance of resident apartments and common areas

Required skills

  • Manufacturing Operations experience
  • HVAC maintenance skills (certification is a plus)
  • Organizational abilities
  • Multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Inspection compliance experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience working with seniors and local agencies
