Overview

Hawthorne Court is seeking a Plant Operations Maintenance Assistant to support the Plant Supervisor in operations needs within their hospitality-based care services. The role involves providing maintenance and coordination of community events while working in a vibrant environment focused on enhancing the lives of residents and their families.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist the Plant Supervisor in plant operations needs
  • Provide interior maintenance according to company standards
  • Maintain exterior areas including groundskeeping
  • Assist in coordination of community events
  • Support maintenance in resident apartments and common areas

Required skills

  • Organizational skills
  • Multitasking abilities
  • Prioritization
  • HVAC maintenance experience (certification is a plus)
  • Experience working with seniors
  • Familiarity with state and local agencies for inspections
