Overview

Hollandia Dairy is seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician for their San Marcos facility. The role involves maintaining fluid packaging machinery and related systems in a food plant environment. Ideal candidates will possess mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn and grow in a cross-training environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain various types of fluid packaging machinery and auxiliary equipment in a food plant
  • Handle chemicals for support equipment operation and conduct chemical testing
  • Fabricate and manufacture equipment for production needs including piping and sanitary equipment
  • Work overtime as needed and comply with established safety and quality programs
  • Learn welding techniques if not already familiar
  • Ensure prompt and regular attendance
  • Perform other duties as assigned
