Overview

Hollandia Dairy is seeking a Plant Maintenance Technician for their San Marcos facility. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Journeymen Maintenance Mechanic with the ability to work in a food plant environment, maintaining fluid packaging machinery and related equipment.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain various types of fluid packaging machinery and auxiliary machinery in a food plant environment.
  • Handle chemicals for support equipment operation and perform chemical testing.
  • Fabricate and manufacture equipment for production needs including piping and various lines.
  • Follow established safety and quality programs to meet regulatory and company standards.
  • Learn to weld and work with tools provided.
  • Attend regularly and complete other duties as assigned.
