Overview

H&K Group, specifically Rahns Construction Materials, is seeking a plant maintenance worker in Collegeville, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate should possess a safety-focused attitude and excel in teamwork while supporting production and maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform plant maintenance and ensure safety compliance
  • Maintain clean work areas, including catwalks and general plant areas
  • Learn plant functions and operations proactively
  • Take direction and work collaboratively with site personnel
  • Cross-train to learn all jobs of the plant and substitute when necessary
  • Complete all work according to MSHA and H&K Safety policies

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or related experience/training
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use PPE and meet physical job requirements
  • Experience in welding, cutting, and fabrication
  • Basic electrical knowledge preferred
  • 3+ months related experience
  • Experience operating heavy equipment, specifically Loaders
  • Experience working in a quarry or outdoor industrial setting
  • MSHA or relevant safety certification
