Overview

The Plant Human Resources Manager at Philips Recruiting Services is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive HR services within a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on organization design, talent management, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and policies.

Key responsibilities

  • Acclimate employees to plant policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with laws
  • Develop and write HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate pre-employment drug screens and testing
  • Conduct new employee orientations
  • Monitor employee personnel transactions such as layoffs and transfers
  • Administer the employee benefits program and resolve inquiries
  • Ensure effective implementation of HR policies with management
  • Enforce compliance with safety rules and regulations
