Overview

B.E.L. & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Urologist to join a hospital-employed group of three Urologists in West Virginia, located just an hour from Washington, DC. The position offers the availability of advanced robotic surgery equipment, including the Davinci 5 robot, and provides a full schedule with the opportunity to earn WRVU bonuses rapidly.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform urological surgeries and procedures
  • Utilize advanced robotic equipment if trained
  • Conduct minor procedures in the office
  • Manage outpatient and inpatient surgical cases
  • Participate in on-call rotations with a frequency of 1:3

Required skills

  • Robotic surgery experience (preferable but not required)
  • Vasectomy procedure skills (preferable but not required)
  • Board eligible/certified (BE/BC) within five years of completion of training
  • Patient care management
  • Healthcare administration
