Overview

Join the dynamic respiratory therapy team at a leading regional medical center in Richland, WA as a Respiratory Care Practitioner or Senior Respiratory Care Practitioner. In this role, you will provide advanced respiratory therapy across various hospital units, including NICU, ICU, emergency department, and general medicine while improving patient outcomes in a collaborative care environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality respiratory treatments across diverse hospital units
  • Provide guidance and training to staff as a Senior practitioner
  • Collaborate with a healthcare team to enhance patient care
  • Support acute care environment through compassionate patient interactions

Required skills

  • Graduation from an accredited school of Respiratory Therapy
  • Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License
  • BLS certification upon hire, ACLS and PALS within 90 days
  • 2 years of acute care experience for Senior role
  • Team collaboration and mentoring
  • Critical thinking skills
