Key responsibilities
Provide ongoing locum coverage for gastroenterology services
Perform upper and lower GI endoscopy procedures
Conduct colonoscopy with biopsy and polyp removal
Execute ERCP (diagnostic and therapeutic) and PEG procedures
Carry out liver biopsy and esophageal dilation
Manage bleeding and perform foreign body removal
Ensure compliance with vaccine requirements
Required skills
Proficient in upper and lower GI endoscopy
Experience in colonoscopy with biopsy and polyp removal
Skilled in ERCP, PEG, and liver biopsy procedures
Knowledgeable in esophageal dilation and manometry
Ability to manage bleeding and perform sigmoidoscopy
Familiarity with small bowel biopsy and foreign body removal
Most recent vaccinations required
