Job Description

Overview

The Inline Group is seeking a Urologist to join the outpatient care team in Miami, Florida. This position involves providing patient care across various locations, performing outpatient procedures, and participating in surgical activities, utilizing the EPIC EMR system for documentation.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient Urology care across DSMC, Lennar, and SoLeMia locations
  • Perform outpatient procedures in an ambulatory setting as needed
  • Participate in surgical and clinical activity through UMMG at University of Miami Hospitals and affiliated sites
  • Utilize EPIC EMR system for clinical documentation and patient management
  • Maintain strong communication, customer service, and professionalism in patient care

Required skills

  • MD/DO from an accredited medical school or foreign equivalent
  • Completion of Urology residency training
  • BE/BC in Urology
  • Florida medical license (or eligibility to obtain) preferred
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
  • Professionalism and responsiveness in a clinical environment
  • EPIC EMR experience preferred
