Overview

Vohra Wound Physicians is seeking a full-time Urgent Care Physician in Charlotte, NC, focused on wound management in various healthcare settings. The role offers a flexible schedule with no nights, calls, or weekend responsibilities, allowing for a balanced work-life structure.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver bedside wound care in skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals
  • Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility
  • Document clinical findings in real-time using proprietary wound-specific EMR
  • Participate in ongoing training and a wound fellowship
  • Visit 2-3 facilities per day and treat approximately 20-30 patients daily

Required skills

  • Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice
  • Experience in wound management and patient care
  • Clinical training and medical documentation skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
