Overview

Britt Medical Search is seeking a BE/BC fellowship-trained Surgical Oncologist to join the Surgical Institute of South Dakota in Sioux Falls. This role involves growing a mature surgical oncology program and collaborating with a wide range of specialists in a supportive clinical environment that prioritizes patient care and innovative treatment options.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide surgical oncology services with a focus on various cancers including stomach, melanoma, and hepatobiliary cases.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with a diverse team of medical professionals.
  • Participate in weekly tumor conferences covering multiple specialties.
  • Involve in teaching medical students and family medicine residents.
  • Conduct and participate in clinical trials in partnership with pharmaceutical companies.
