Overview

Britt Medical Search is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Acute Care Surgicalist to join a team in Jackson, Tennessee, northeast of Memphis. This full-time, hospital-employed role involves working with a supportive team and offers mentorship and robotic training opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Join a team of 3 ACS Surgeons and 6 APPs
  • Work on a 7 on / 7 off schedule
  • Provide acute care surgical services
  • Participate in mentorship and robotic training
  • Access 3 Da Vinci Xi surgical robots
  • Handle low-level trauma cases in-house
  • Collaborate with subspecialty support

Required skills

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Acute Care Surgery
  • Experience with ACS, EGS, and Trauma preferred
  • Familiarity with Cerner EMR and plans for EPIC EMR
  • Strong surgical skills and patient care expertise
