Overview

Vohra Wound Physicians is seeking a General Surgeon for a full-time role in Charlotte, NC, focusing on wound management. This position offers autonomy, clinical satisfaction, and a supportive work-life balance, with no nights, calls, or weekend responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility
  • Provide bedside wound care in post-acute care settings
  • Utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies and latest wound care modalities
  • Document clinically at the point of care using a proprietary wound-specific EMR
  • Visit 2-3 facilities per day treating approximately 20-30 patients

Required skills

  • Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice
  • Experience in general surgery and wound management
  • Clinical documentation skills
  • Familiarity with EMR usage
  • Ability to work a minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week
