Overview

Vohra Wound Physicians is seeking a part-time Plastic Surgeon in Dothan, AL. The role offers a flexible schedule with no night, weekend, or call responsibilities, allowing for a strong work-life balance while focusing on wound management.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings
  • Conduct weekly wound rounds at facilities
  • Deliver bedside wound care in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals
  • Perform clinical documentation in real-time during clinical rounds
  • Visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20-30 patients daily

Required skills

  • Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO)
  • Experience in wound care and surgery
  • Clinical training in patient management
  • Familiarity with medical documentation and EMR systems
