Overview

Britt Medical Search is seeking a skilled and dedicated Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join their top-cardiac program in southwest Wisconsin. This is a full-time position that involves a range of adult cardiothoracic surgical procedures, with a focus on inpatient care and outpatient clinic responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform adult cardiothoracic surgical procedures
  • Participate in night and weekend call (1:3)
  • Set and manage Operating Room (OR) blocks
  • Rounding on patients
  • Collaborate with Surgical Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) for inpatient and outpatient care

Required skills

  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Cardiothoracic Surgery
  • Experience with Epic EMR
  • Strong patient care skills
  • Proficiency in surgical procedures
