Job Description

Overview

Britt Medical Search is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Pulmonary/Sleep Medicine Physician to join a growing Sleep Center in La Crosse, Wisconsin. This full-time position will involve a combination of Sleep Medicine and outpatient Pulmonary Medicine, working alongside a team of medical professionals in a vibrant community known for its outdoor and cultural activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide 50% Sleep Medicine and outpatient Pulmonary Medicine care
  • Join a team of 2 physicians and 3 APC staff in the sleep practice
  • Manage outpatient pulmonary clinic and 3-4 inpatient pulmonary floor shifts monthly
  • Staff APCs and teach residents and medical students
  • Perform pulmonary function tests (PFT) reads
  • Collaborate with a comprehensive pulmonary care team

Required skills

  • BC/BE in Pulmonary Medicine and Sleep Medicine
  • Experience in outpatient care and telemedicine
  • Ability to teach residents and medical students
  • Collaboration skills with medical professionals
  • Knowledge of patient care in pulmonary and sleep medicine
