Overview

Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking a civilian Psychologist for the U.S. Army Recruiting Division in Fort Knox, KY. This role involves conducting behavioral assessments of Army applicants to determine psychological suitability and provide recommendations. The position offers a structured schedule of Monday to Friday, with no on-call hours, weekends, or holidays.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough psychological assessments for Army applicants
  • Perform behavioral consults to evaluate mental health suitability
  • Provide recommendations based on psychological evaluations

Required skills

  • Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Psychology degree
  • Graduation from an APA accredited college or university in clinical or counseling psychology
  • Completion of an APA approved internship
  • 1 year of experience in clinical psychology in a mental health setting
  • License to practice as a psychologist in any State
  • BLS certification
