Overview

Britt Medical Search is seeking a psychiatrist to join an existing group for the expansion of a new inpatient facility in Indiana, Pennsylvania. This state-of-the-art medical center will provide a range of psychiatric services, and the psychiatrist will be responsible for evaluating and treating a general adult population.

Key responsibilities

  • Join an existing group for the expansion of an inpatient facility
  • Evaluate and treat a general adult population
  • Manage a patient load of 18-20 patients per day
  • Participate in weekday and weekend on-call rotations
  • Round on inpatient units and see psychiatry consults
  • Involve in multidisciplinary opioid narcotic recovery program
  • Teach family practice residents, medical students, and interns
