Overview

iRecruitMD is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Psychiatrist to join an established healthcare system's inpatient behavioral health team in West Palm Beach, Florida. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive structured hospital environment focused on adult inpatient psychiatry.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for hospitalized patients
  • Lead and participate in treatment team meetings and care planning
  • Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and case management teams
  • Ensure timely documentation and compliance with hospital standards
  • Participate in call rotation as required
