Join Cross Country Healthcare as a Full-time Pediatrician in Pasco, WA, where you'll deliver high-quality pediatric care in outpatient and hospital settings. This role emphasizes patient-centered care, preventive health education, and the management of both acute and chronic conditions for young patients.

Key responsibilities

  • Diagnose, treat, and manage pediatric patients' health
  • Conduct comprehensive physical exams and developmental assessments
  • Provide patient and family education on wellness and treatment plans
  • Participate in hospital call coverage and inpatient care
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers for coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Required skills

  • Experience as a physician (no new graduates)
  • Licensed to practice medicine in Washington State
  • Completion of an accredited post-doctoral residency program in Pediatrics
  • CPR certification
  • Board Certification in Pediatrics preferred
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
