Overview

Join our Lancaster, CA team as a Pediatrics Physician, where you'll deliver comprehensive medical care to children and adolescents in a patient-focused outpatient clinic. This full-time role is ideal for compassionate and collaborative individuals, including new graduates, dedicated to providing quality care to underserved populations.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered outpatient care
  • Conduct well-child exams and manage acute and chronic diseases
  • Perform diagnostic testing and preventive care planning
  • Complete medical documentation and maintain timely EMR records
  • Coordinate with specialty providers and participate in care team huddles
  • Engage in staff meetings and quality improvement initiatives

Required skills

  • Valid California medical license
  • Board Certification in Pediatrics
  • DEA certification
  • CPR certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in FQHC or serving underserved populations
  • Bilingual communication (Spanish appreciated)
