Overview

Britt Medical Search is looking for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Pathologist for a full-time position in Bakersfield, California. This role offers an opportunity to work in a thriving independent surgical pathology and cytology laboratory, providing diverse pathology services without the need for a specific subspecialty focus.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle a wide variety of pathology cases independently
  • Provide services in both anatomic and clinical pathology
  • Collaborate with a group of over 30 Board Certified pathologists
  • Serve as laboratory medical directors in multiple hospitals
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality pathology services to clients

Required skills

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pathology
  • Experience in Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology
  • Familiar with Cytopathology and Molecular Pathology
  • Knowledge of Laboratory Management and Accreditation
  • Patient Care experience
