Overview

Britt Medical Search is seeking a full-time BE/BC ENT Physician for a well-respected private practice in eastern Nebraska. This position is being recruited due to the retirement of a current team member. The role includes patient care, surgery, and administrative responsibilities with a focus on providing quality healthcare in a community-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide patient care as a full-time ENT physician
  • Perform surgeries and assist with clinical procedures
  • Manage a patient volume of 20-30 patients per day
  • Participate in 1:3 weekday call and 1:4 weekend call coverage
  • Collaborate with a team of other healthcare professionals
  • Utilize EMR system (Paragon Allscripts) for patient management
  • Engage in community outreach and support

Required skills

  • Board eligible/certified in Otolaryngology
  • Experience in patient assessment and healthcare management
  • Knowledge of clinical protocols
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Familiarity with surgical procedures and patient care in ENT
