Overview

WhiteCoat Locums is seeking a Board Certified Hematology/Oncology physician for locum tenens coverage at a community outpatient clinic in Seattle, Washington. This role requires providing patient-centered care to individuals with cancer and blood disorders, working approximately 12-15 shifts per month in a supportive clinic environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage existing hematology and oncology patients
  • Provide ongoing care and treatment planning
  • Work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 3 days per week
  • Handle a patient volume of 12-15 patients per day

Required skills

  • Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
  • Washington license or IMLC preferred
  • BLS Certification required
  • Experience with EMR systems, specifically Epic and Beacon
  • Self-Query NPDB within 30 days at presentation
  • Clean malpractice/background highly preferred
