Overview

Vohra Wound Physicians is seeking a full-time Geriatrician in Charlotte, NC to join a national team focused on advanced wound management. This position offers significant autonomy and flexibility, with no nights, call, or weekend responsibilities, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide bedside wound care in skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals
  • Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility
  • Document clinical findings in real-time during rounds using proprietary EMR
  • Participate in a six-month wound care fellowship and ongoing training

Required skills

  • Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in North Carolina
  • Experience in geriatrics and wound management
  • Strong patient care and clinical documentation skills
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance and flexible scheduling
