Overview

Britt Medical Search is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Nephrologist to join their stable and supportive 4-physician group in Tallahassee, Florida. This role offers a partnership track after two years, full autonomy, a predictable schedule, and minimal driving within a friendly work environment supported by strong APP assistance.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide patient care for 450 ESRD patients and a large CKD base
  • Conduct clinics and inpatient rounding with APP support
  • Participate in on-call duties every 6th weekend at the hospital
  • Support continued growth of the practice
  • Collaborate with a team of physicians

Required skills

  • BE/BC in Nephrology
  • Experience in patient care and clinical leadership
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Knowledge of healthcare and medical protocols
