Overview

ChenMed is seeking Center Medical Directors for its primary care centers in Louisville, Kentucky. This role emphasizes a relationship-centered approach to healthcare, focusing on transforming the health and lives of seniors on Medicare Advantage through a Value-Based Care model. The physicians enjoy a supportive environment with numerous resources, aiming for a healthy work-life balance.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide primary care to a small patient panel of 225 patients maximum
  • Lead and support a team of healthcare professionals
  • Participate in a relationship-centered model of care
  • Utilize telephonic call support with very light triage
  • No hospital rounding or call required

Required skills

  • Board Certified in Primary Care
  • Leadership experience in healthcare
  • Experience in patient care and telemedicine
  • Knowledge of healthcare management
