JOB OVERVIEW Job Title: Physician Maternal Fetal Medicine Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Bellevue, WA Service Setting: Outpatient Clinic Coverage Type: Clinical + Call Coverage Period: ASAP Ongoing Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday Friday, 9-hour clinic day On-Call Shift Schedule: TBD Call Type: TBD COVERAGE DATES Minimum 1-week block per month required Additional call coverage as needed PATIENT INFORMATION Patient Demographics: Adult Obstetric Patients Case Mix: High-risk pregnancies, maternal-fetal medicine consultations, prenatal diagnosis, fetal ultrasound evaluations, multiple gestations, maternal hypertension, diabetes, genetic counseling, prenatal screening FACILITY INFORMATION EMR System: Epic and Viewpoint Office Equipment Available: Advanced ultrasound imaging equipment, prenatal diagnostic testing equipment Specialty Backup Available: Physicians, nurses, sonographers, dietitians, diabetic educators, and genetic counselors Support Staff Available: Nurses, sonographers, dietitians, diabetic educators, genetic counselors Reason for Coverage: Supplemental COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered by vendor REQUIRED PROCEDURES Amniocentesis Chorionic Villus Sampling (CVS) Percutaneous Umbilical Blood Sampling (PUBS) Obstetric ultrasound evaluations Prenatal diagnostic consultations Fetal risk assessment and screening JOB REQUIREMENTS Licenses: Active Washington License or IMLC Eligible Board: Board Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine Certifications: Board Certified Experience: Minimum 1 year post-fellowship experience; must have been clinically active within the last year Other Qualifications:
