Overview

Vohra Wound Physicians is seeking a part-time Internal Medicine Physician in Lafayette, TN. This position offers clinical satisfaction, autonomy, and flexibility while allowing doctors to specialize in wound management without night, weekend, or call responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver bedside wound care in skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals
  • Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility
  • Document clinical findings in real-time using proprietary EMR
  • Participate in paid training and a 6-month wound care fellowship
  • Work a minimum of 3 weekdays per week for part-time roles

Required skills

  • Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice
  • Experience in internal medicine
  • Knowledge of wound care and management
  • Strong clinical documentation skills
  • Ability to work in a mobile practice environment
