Key responsibilities

  • Provide personalized primary care to patients, emphasizing senior health
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary care team to support patients' physical, emotional, and social wellness
  • Analyze complex patient situations to improve care experiences

Required skills

  • 1 year of experience in Internal or Family Medicine
  • Florida medical license
  • Proficiency in EMR software, specifically eClinical Works
