Overview

Vohra Wound Physicians is looking for a part-time Infectious Disease Physician in Lafayette, TN. This role offers the opportunity for clinical satisfaction, autonomy, and a flexible work-life balance, with no nights, calls, or weekend responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide bedside wound care in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals
  • Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility
  • Utilize proprietary wound specific EMR for real-time clinical documentation
  • Visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20-30 patients daily

Required skills

  • Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice
  • Experience in infectious disease management
  • Wound care management expertise
  • Clinical documentation skills
  • Mobile healthcare practice
