Overview

Vohra Wound Physicians is looking for a full-time Infectious Disease Physician in Charlotte, NC. This role offers clinical satisfaction with a focus on wound management, providing autonomy and flexibility in work schedules with no nights, calls, or weekend responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings
  • Conduct weekly wound rounds at skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals
  • Provide clinical documentation in real-time during clinical rounds using proprietary EMR
  • Visit multiple facilities to treat approximately 20-30 patients per day

Required skills

  • Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the practicing state
  • Experience in infectious disease and wound management
  • Clinical documentation skills
  • EMR proficiency
  • Healthcare compliance and medical training
