Adelphi Medical Staffing, LLC is seeking a Hospitalist for a locum tenens position in Tarboro, North Carolina. The role involves providing inpatient care with a focus on supplemental coverage, requiring flexibility for shifts scheduled during evenings and nights.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide clinical care in an inpatient setting
  • Respond to codes and perform ICU/Critical Care duties as required
  • Manage an average daily patient volume of 12
  • Collaborate with a small team of physicians
  • Handle admissions of 3-8 patients during the day and 6-8 at night

Required skills

  • Experience in Hospital Medicine
  • Clinical Skills in Emergency Medicine
  • Ability to provide Patient Care
  • Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically Epic
