Overview

Britt Medical Search is seeking a BC/BE Neurohospitalist for a vibrant clinic in Springfield, Missouri. The position offers a flexible 7 on/7 off schedule, either as a day or nocturnist, within a well-established neurology team covering a Level 1 Stroke Center.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide neurohospitalist care at a single hospital
  • Participate in onsite stroke coverage and telestroke services
  • Work within a team of 8 neurologists
  • Utilize support staff including APPs and RN Stroke Navigators

Required skills

  • BC/BE in Neurohospitalist or related subspecialty
  • Experience in vascular neurology, general neurology or other neurology subspecialties
  • Knowledge in stroke care and patient safety
  • Familiarity with healthcare services and clinical support
  • Experience with telemedicine
