Healthcare Connections is recruiting a Hospitalist for a non-profit hospital system in central Michigan, driven by community demand. The position offers a 7 on 7 off schedule, focusing on patient care and teaching opportunities within a supportive and inclusive healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide hospitalist services during DAYS ONLY shifts from 7a to 7p
  • Conduct procedures including para/thoracentesis, TDC, chest tubes, lines, and medports
  • Engage in community and patient-focused care
  • Participate in teaching opportunities if desired

Required skills

  • Board Certified in Internal Medicine
  • Active Michigan medical license
  • Experience in hospital medicine
  • Proficient in clinical procedures
