Overview

Healthcare Connections is recruiting a Hospitalist for a non-profit hospital system in central Michigan due to community demand. This position offers a 7 on 7 off schedule during the day and includes options for teaching within a university healthcare system.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide patient care in a hospital setting
  • Perform medical procedures including para/thoracentesis, TDC, chest tubes, lines, and medports
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
  • Participate in teaching opportunities if desired

Required skills

  • Board Certified Internal Medicine residency trained MD/DO
  • Active Michigan medical license
  • Experience in Hospitalist and patient care
