Overview

Vohra Wound Physicians is seeking a full-time Hospitalist Physician in Columbus, GA. This role offers clinical satisfaction, autonomy, and a flexible schedule with no nights, calls, or weekend responsibilities. Physicians will focus on wound management, working in a mobile practice environment across various facilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide bedside wound care in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals
  • Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility
  • Document clinical assessments in real-time using proprietary EMR
  • Participate in training and wound fellowship for clinical excellence
  • Work a minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week

Required skills

  • Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice
  • Experience in wound management and clinical documentation
  • Ability to deliver patient care and conduct medical assessments
  • Excellent time management and flexibility skills
  • Team collaboration skills
