Job Description

Overview

Britt Medical Search is seeking a full-time BC/BE Gastroenterologist to join an established practice in northeast Nebraska. The practice includes one experienced physician and three APPs, managing approximately 200 patients a month, with around 100 new patients each month. The role involves performing various procedures, including HALO, PILL-CAM, and BRAVO, as well as the management of Hepatitis C and Crohn's Disease, with an emphasis on ERCP procedures.

Key responsibilities

  • Join an established practice with one physician and three APPs
  • Manage approximately 200 patients per month, including 100 new patients
  • Perform procedures including HALO, PILL-CAM, BRAVO, and ERCP
  • Manage complex conditions such as Hepatitis C and Crohn's Disease
  • Participate in a maximum call schedule of 10 days per month
  • Utilize Epic EMR for patient management

Required skills

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
  • Experience with endoscopic procedures
  • Ability to perform ERCP
  • Knowledge of healthcare management and clinical practices
