Overview

Vohra Wound Physicians is seeking a part-time Family Medicine Physician in Lafayette, TN, focusing on wound management in a clinical setting. This role offers significant autonomy and flexibility, with no nights, calls, or weekend responsibilities, providing a great work-life balance while conducting wound care in various facilities.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings
  • Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility
  • Handle clinical documentation in real-time using proprietary EMR
  • Manage a patient load of approximately 20-30 patients per day
  • Train in wound management with opportunities for fellowship
  • Work part-time with a minimum of 3 weekdays or full-time from 4-5 days

Required skills

  • Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice
  • Experience in family medicine and wound care
  • Clinical documentation skills
  • Ability to utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies
  • Medical training and telemedicine experience
