Overview

Britt Medical Search is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join its expanding Primary Care team in northern Maine. This full-time position offers a supportive work environment with a focus on quality improvement and patient-centered care for a diverse patient population, including a significant elderly demographic.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive family medical care in a team environment
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Manage a large cohort of elderly patients with co-morbidities
  • Utilize telephone triage system for after-hours patient screening
  • Engage in interdisciplinary teamwork to address all aspects of patient health
