Overview

ChenMed is seeking Primary Care Physicians to join their team in New Orleans, Louisiana. The company is dedicated to transforming the health and lives of seniors on Medicare Advantage through a high-touch, relationship-centered model of care, and offers robust support and resources to their physicians.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide primary care to a small panel of senior patients
  • Participate in preventative patient care and manage care plans
  • Utilize telemedicine for patient consultations
  • Collaborate with a team including nurses, case managers, and social workers
  • Attend to administrative duties on a Monday to Friday schedule

Required skills

  • Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or Family Medicine
  • Licensed or in the process of being licensed in Louisiana
  • Experience in primary care and patient management
  • Open to residents, fellows, and J1 candidates
  • Spanish fluency required for positions in Houston, TX
