Job Description

Overview

Britt Medical Search is seeking a BE/BC Family or Internal Medicine Physician for an outpatient role in El Centro, CA. The physician will manage cases, prepare treatment plans, conduct health assessments, and provide patient education in a community hospital affiliated with UC San Diego Health Care Network.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage selected cases according to established protocols
  • Prepare case histories, medical reports, and other records
  • Prepare treatment plans and write prescriptions according to protocols
  • Order x-rays and other diagnostic procedures
  • Refer acute and chronic care patients
  • Conduct health assessments utilizing diagnostic tools and laboratory tests
  • Provide patient education counseling
