Cross Country Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician to join their Lancaster, CA team. This full-time role involves providing comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting, with a focus on serving diverse and underserved communities.

Key responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients of all ages
  • Manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Develop care plans and preventive health maintenance
  • Document in EMR and review diagnostic results
  • Coordinate specialty referrals
  • Supervise mid-level providers

  • Participate in team huddles and meetings

  • DEA certification
  • CPR certification

  • Experience in FQHC or underserved populations preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish skills appreciated
